The resort features 800 acres of property with two water reservoirs, a natural spring-fed waterfall, and the Mae Nam Kham River along the property's northern border with Doi Tung. It includes hundreds of varieties of native bamboo and tree species, an organic vegetable farm, and a fruit orchard. The resort cultivates a tea plantation and organic farms. Dining options include a restaurant with Thai and international meals prepared with seasonal ingredients.
